Project Introduction

The Vision

A continuous wave of crystal light connects open living and dining areas, bringing sculptural movement to a calm Californian interior while preserving long views toward the landscape.

Villa Serenity is envisioned around the effortless flow of an open-plan home. A linear crystal sculpture moves across the shared living and dining zone, providing a visual thread between distinct functions without introducing a rigid boundary.

The composition develops as a low, continuous wave of clear and softly textured crystal. Its changing profile feels relaxed from a distance, while the close view reveals a deliberate sequence of facets and fine warm-metal connections.

Architecture / 01

The Space

Broad glazing, natural stone and light timber define a restrained Californian contemporary setting. The room’s horizontal scale calls for lighting that can hold the centre of the plan while leaving views to the garden and horizon uninterrupted.

Illumination / 02

Light in Architecture

The wave is designed to follow the primary circulation line and settle lower above the dining area. Warm points of light animate the crystal edge, creating a soft evening reflection across the open room without flattening its natural material tones.
