Project Introduction
A crescent constellation of clear and smoke-grey crystal lenses gives a Hong Kong rooftop club a recognisable evening identity while preserving open views across the harbour skyline.
Azure Social Club is conceived as a response to the harbour horizon and the transition from daylight to night. A suspended crescent of crystal lenses introduces a distinctive celestial gesture without closing the room against its panoramic view.
Eighteen oval lenses alternate between clear and smoke-grey crystal beneath a fine champagne-gold plate. Their varied angles create shifting reflections as guests move between the interior lounge, bar and open terrace.
Full-height glazing and an elevated terrace make the skyline the dominant feature of this cosmopolitan social interior. Lighting must provide identity after dusk while remaining transparent enough to protect long views and a sense of openness.
The crescent follows the primary lounge zone and directs attention toward the harbour. Low-glare warm light catches the edges of each lens, producing controlled highlights that complement rather than compete with the city beyond.
